Has me reevaluating leadership in my current job for myself and others. Would have liked to see more exercises throughout that I could practice, enjoyed the visualization that was included. The author details skills that can be learned and cultivated by anyone. I fall in a mid-tier leadership position from a management standpoint but titles and authorities don't make a leader. Already identifying ways I can support each member of the team, and steps I can take to ensure there are multiple ways to get there.
